Try some challenges in March

Good evening, everyone.  With March just around the corner, I thought it might be a great time to invite everyone to try out some digital scrapbooking challenges.  There are many, many sites that offer these.  I am going to post some layouts from a few I have done.
Let me start with the Progressive Scrap at Digital Scrapbooking Studio.  This has to be my favorite challenge of all.
February Progressive Scrap

February  was my 3rd Progressive Scrap and I think my best so far.  Not sure what a Progressive Scrap is?
Each day you will receive a couple of 'items', either background paper or elements for you to place on a layout.  The hostess will usually tell you how many photos you will have.  You must place these elements on your layout and they cannot be moved.  That's right!  Each day you will have to post your layout to receive the next installment of items. The next  day you will receive a couple more items to add to your layout.  On the 7th day, which is the last day, you will have a completed layout.  You  will be amazed at how many different layouts can be made from the same elements.  You will then vote for your favorite pages and the winner will win the kit that the Progressive Scrap was created with.  I think this last challenge we had almost 50 people involved.   Why not check out the Gallery at DSS and check out the final pages.  You will be blown away.  This has become a monthly challenge and one I look forward to! All the pages are awesome, and the winners were fantastic, but just between you and me, I'd do the challenge if there weren't any prizes at all!!
I'll be back tomorrow with more layouts from February challenge.  Why not dive in like I did and have a blast with the challenges.
                                           We are interrupting your program.....
I just printed off some calendar pages for my grand kids and was blown away.    I made these with the adorable kits from Just So Scrappy.  Check out all her wonderful kits.

This was made from Just So Scrappy's Lucky kit. Believe me, this photo doesn't do it justice.
When it rolled off my wide format printer the colors were just amazing.  I made a matching one, but personalized for each grand daughter.  I had such fun creating with this colorful, playful kit.

This was Februarys page from Just So Scrappys Fly Me To The Moon kit.  My grandson is 6 and wants to be an astronaut.  I made a 12 month calendar from just this kit.  What fun it was.  Check out this kit too.
Ok, I now return you to your previously scheduled programs....till later!
